1. Schools and Drawing Classes can send their students to participate in this Drawing competition.  Interested students can also contact us directly, and will be allowed to take part in the competition.

2. Each participant will be provided one sheet of 16.5” x 11.5” Drawing Paper only.

3. Other than the drawing paper, all the required materials, such as pencils, colours, brushes, water, and drawing board are to be brought by the participants.

4. Participants can use any type of colours of their choice and suitability.

5. Contestants of Group no.1 & 2 must bring their photo I. D Card.

6. It is essential for Parents of participants of Group No. 1 and 2 to send with the child sticker containing child’s name, school or drawing class name, group number, subject, and mobile number clearly written on it.

7. Contestants will not be allowed to use mobile phones or any other drawing during competition. If a Contestant is found using any of the these, he/she will be barred from the competition.

8. Participants are expected to be present at the venue at least half an hour before the start of the competition.  

9. For each Group, a total of 5 (five) prizes and 15 (fifteen) Consolation prizes will be awarded.

10. Along with Winning Trophies Winners will also get the Attractive Frame of their Winning Drawing on the spot.

11. Each contestant will receive a Participation Certificate.

12. Prize Distribution ceremony will hold after two hours of the Competition at the same place.

13. The Organisers hold the right to increase or decrease the number of awards, depending on the overall response and student participation in the competition.

14. The Competition Entry Fee is Rs. 20/- per participant, payable in advance.

15. For bulk Participants the list of participants, along with the entry fee, should be submitted to the office of Parivartan Mumbai before the specified final date (deadline) and due receipt is to be received. If you are unable to send the list personally, please send a copy via mobile phone, so as to reach us before the deadline. In such a case, entrance fee payment can be made to the assigned officials at the venue before the competition and a due receipt obtained, in order to be eligible to participate.

16. The final date and time for receiving entries for the competition will be Wednesday, 10, December 2025, 7:00 pm.
